What are remedies for a bumped head?

today I rolled down a cement hill and hit my head off a tree and now im walking a little crooked and feel funny and I dont really have a family doctor and the hospital is too full do you know any home remedies for falling down a hill and hitting a tree...

please help im in a lot of pain!

You must see a doctor or go to A&E as you may have concussion. Please get looked at straight away.

Anyways, about your head.

Over-the-counter pain medicine (like acetaminophen or ibuprofen) may be used for a mild headache. DO NOT take aspirin, because it can increase the risk of bleeding.

Ice may also help swelling.

If you have
# Changes in personality, emotions, or mental abilities
# Speech and language problems
# Loss of sensation, hearing, vision, taste, or smell
# Seizures
# Paralysis

You should Call 911 immediately.
