A brush handle with a smooth handle usually works good. Any thing smooth and obviously clean. Some say vegatables like carrots and cucumbers work well. Make sure you wash them.

Basically anything round smooth and clean. Don't go to big if you are new or a virgin. Start with something smaller and work your way up. Make sure you are well lubricated or have lubrication will help as well.

A smooth brush handle definitely works great! But make SURE it is clean. I always wash mine in really hot water and soap before using, just to be safe.
Also positioning yourself under a bathfaucet or experimenting with a shower head works wonders =D
