I look fat

im 13 and weigh 130 people say im skinny but when I look at myself wit my shirt off I look fat and my thighs are huge and I know its not muscle im 4'11 please help me out

Well if you think you are fat then do some thing about walk more go work out and if you don't have time then do some exercies before going to bed

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index)
calculated for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range
see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

I wouldn't worry much about it for now. You are likely to have a growth spurt over the next couple of years so you'll probably balance out.

Meanwhile, you might try exercising to tone your body, replacing fat with muscle.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

if your 13 and 130 pounds your not skinny. so loose some weight and im not trying to be mean im just saying im15 and 90 pounds and gah I wish I could weigh 130

im the same as you but im 5 1' I wish I was like 110 at least. Just be happy with who you are and don't stress over it. Be happy and choose healthier goods like fruits, veggies, raw nuts, and lean protiens. Stay away from the junk food, and sugar happy and dont sit infront of the TV and computer so much walk around, play, do something.
