I was sick for 3 days

ok I was sick for 3 days and I've been coughing a lot and my throat burns and I spit up blood I think it is from my throat does that mean I have strep throat and it hurts to swallo also

Well, I used to get strep 6 times a year and I never coughed up blood.
It might be bronchitis?

awwe boo umm I dont think you have strep it sounds a lot worse
bc when I had strep I neva spit blood out =(

Bronchitis or a sinus infection. Had it twice this winter. You need antibiotics. Simple things like that used to kill people.
