How to keep curl in my hair?

Ok first of all I have silky hairs and when I curl them with a flat iron ,the curl doesnt even stay for 3 minutes!Please tell me what product can I use so that curl can stay at least a day

Try Spray Starch 15 by Redken before taking your iron to your hair. It helps to hold but doesn't cook onto your hair like hairspray would. If that isn't strong enough thry Hot Sets 22, but be careful not to over use it. It can get VERY CRISPY.

well this may sound weird, but before I curl my hair I scrunch it and let it dry, then I put in this hair glue stuff, then I curl it and spray it with tons of hair spray...
