How can i lose weight?

ok. I was doing good on my starving diet for like 3 weeks and lost 6 pounds by eating 300-600 calories a day. and I was feeling good
and then I started eating. and now after like 2 weeks of eating / binging I feel HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
I gained 7 pounds...

back.
and I don't know what to do! I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!! I am going to Floriday tomrrow for two weeks and want to come back skinny.

I am 5'2 and need to know what to do to lose wight. I alwayss give in and binge eating.
I want to look like nicole richie!
how did she lose all her weight? and how long did it take her?
and also how do you get into the mind of wanting to NOT eat. and starve yourself. I feel better when I starve myself.

Ok, wow. That's not much. By eating a LOT and exercising, I lost 2.5 pounds in six days. If I kept that up for a few weeks (3) then I'd have been able to lose 7.5 pounds.

Without starving myself, just exercising for an hour a day. Nicole Ritchie went to the hospital for her illness. Are you trying to cause yourself permanent damage? Bad idea.

Seriously, exercise, eat healthy, and don't starve yourself. You won't lose any more weight by doing that and you'll look disgusting b/c if you really starve, your body will start to smell bad, your teet decay, and your finger nails to crumble.

Well, first off.. stop binge eating now. To lose those extra pounds, take a laxative, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggie. Pickles are a fav of mine..No Fat. Do Not Eat 3 Hours before going to bed. This is the time.. the fat will burn. Exercise.. use the treadmill for at least 30 mins a day. I PROMISE THE WEIGHT WILL FALL OFF.

p.s. Keep in mind that when u diet and lose the weight.. the fat cells are still there just waiting for u to BINGE EAT.. ur body feels as if its starving.. and when it gets an intake of food, it holds on to it for dear life. so thats why u gained what u lost plus some.

You're already too thin and 300 calories a day is not enought to keep a bird alive. Forget about looking like someone else and just be yourself. At 5'-2 you should be around 110-115 lbs.

look you have to ways to lose weight
first one
eat nuts/veggies/some fruits?
avoid eating
rice,
bread
potatoes
dairy fat
wheat
drink skim dairy
free suger things
you will lose,,,I promise
drink a lot of water
run daily for 30 min
lift wieghts ca use they burn fat
dont workout less then 2 to 3 hours
when you start to lose eat bread once a week
or wheat or whatever
dont go to resturants/family parties avoid anything include food as you could and if you cant go to the place stay have time in the bathroom and when you are forced to get out ,,drink a lot of water and eat some salad with olive oil dressing,,
eat meat sometimes ,chicken /.fish whatever ,,be sure its FREE FROM FAT
that will make your fat so low

you will be skinny
everyone will start to lecture you about food and how much your life would be better if you are eating good
you will not sleep at night
you will feel always moody/sad ,you will hate yoru self more and do you know what
you will keep seeing yourself so fat
what its the other choice
go to dietion and make yourself live happily eat everything in moderation when you are angry dont eat ,,when you are upset,dont eat when you are tired dont eat,,
from time to time have a treat

you will be FIT

cause on top of your bad feelings on top of blaming you take from everyone you would still blame yourself cause you didnt eat less and less till you stop eating ,,you keep day on an apple and carrot ,,no one will stop blaming you ,,nor your brian or your people that sucks,, TRUST ME I DONT KNOW YOU I JUST want to help YOU
