Help me lose weight fast without running!

Okay, I'm about 5'1, and roughly 138-145 pounds. Its almost swimsuit season, and I need to lose some weight fast and easy. I'm not looking to become anorexic (partly because I'm not that insecure, and partly because I could never do it), and I'm not looking into bulimia (same reasons as above). I want to become at least...105? Maybe 110?

Anything is good before the end of june!
I have bad knees so running isn't good, and I have large boobs (dd) so that also makes it harder to run. Anything else in mind?

Power walk. Do any cardio you can to break a sweat. It is not healthy to lose the amt of weight you want to in that short of a time. It would be healthy and long term if you lost 2-3 lbs a week.

do the elliptical at a gym. those are easy on the knees.

first get some EVERCLENSE and then take one pill of HYDROXYCUT a day and eat less (you'll be hungry for the first week or two, but after you stomach will have shrank)trust me I am an emo kid that can fit into a size 3 girl pants and I used to weigh 165 pounds =\

put evercleanse in your food, then take one pill of hydroxy cut every day for the next 3 weeks. start eating less and make sure you only eat healhy, (if you eat a lot less you will be really hungry for about a week or two but then after that your tummy will have shrunk and wala) if you dont believe me on this, im an emo kid that used to weigh 160 pounds but now I fit into a size 3 girl jeans...

ok ...simple soloution as I told a girl about 5 seconds ago :P...all you have to do is watch your calories...u basically need to burn more calories than you eat...so say for instance you eat 700 calories...and you burn about 1500 to 2000 per day then you will be around the wirght you want to be good luck

You have to burn more calories each day than you consume.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
