How can i lose weight as fast as possible?

I need advice on how to lose weight quick!! people say im skinny but im not convinced. I really need to lose weight, and a lot of it as fast as I possibly can! please what is your advice??...

Mail me your height, weight and age, and I'll tell you your BMI, and how many calories you lose a day.

But just join a sport or go on a walk around your neighborhood to get enough exercise. Skip the things you know have a lot of salt in them, like pretzels, restaurant food, and TV trays.

Also, instead of having ice cream for dessert, have strawberries. They're sweet, and healthy!

If you're not much of a breakfast person, eat at least a granola bar, a banana, or an apple. As log as you get to eat something in the morning, it's okay. But I recommend Cheerios. They're good for you, and low calorie.

That's pretty thin, but I can still give it to you.

Your BMI is 16.7.

The healthy BMI is 19.5-24.9 meaning you're underweight.

You lose 1410 calories a day if you do absolutely nothing.

But seriously, you should be GAINING weight!

Well, if you're not happy with your weight, you should ask a doctor. They'd know best about what you should be eating. If people think you're thin, just ask him or her for help.

Eat smaller portions of healthy foods and exercise. Read nutritional labels and stick to what 1 serving size is for the food that your eating. Cut out fast foods, fried foods, salty snacks like chips, sweetsx, like cakes and cookies, and eat veggies and fruits, the fresher the better. Choose whole grain products instead of white flour products like wheat bread, cereal, rice and pasta. Choose low fat or skim milk, yogurt and cheese every day. Drinks lots of water instead of presweetened drinks like soda. 3 oz is a portion of meat, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish and loin type meats, cut out all processed foods. And try to exercise 4-5 times a week, even if it's just walking a mile, or dancing, just move the body!
