help me I'm going crazy whats wrong with me??? please help

okay so I am 14 years of age I weight around 120 pounds (I guess) and my height is about 5’1… so its been a year I been doing this… I think I am very big… I make myself purge after eating a whole lot of food… I feel like I need to lose weight and a whole lot of it… I take diet pills in older to not gain weight… I feel worthless/helpless… I hate how I look I want to change the way I look… I take pills like laxtives and stuff for I dont have to gain more pounds I feel so ugly everyday when I look at myself… I dont know whats wrong with me??? do you know whats wrong with me??? please help!!!

I think you have a major problem I have seen lots of your recent questions and they are all about this same issue If you really want to lose weight, you need to exercise and eat healthy Its crazy but it works, believe me I was like you a couple of months ago. But ever since I stoped eating junk foods for sure, and ate a little bit of grains, dairy products, proteins and fruits and vegetables. I been losing weight and maintaining it off and I feel so much happy and more confident abouut yourself. But for the mean time, you need to accept the way you are right now. Remeber, looks dont mattter You are perfect they way you are. I used to weight 120lbs and I’m like 2 inches shorter that you Im 4’11, and yes I did look fat. Now I weight 110-108lbs and I feel so much better and people didnt start to notice my weight loss until I lost 8lbs. It takes time. because you can only lose 1 pound per week. But its worth it because I know I will maintain it off and wont gain it back when I eat pizza again. lolz But if you really want to lose weight, you have to put effort into it. You cant lose weight just by wishing, You need to exercise and eat healthy. Simple as that and you will lose weight. Be patient and trust me. you will feel happy soon

I’m 16, your height, and I’m 113. I used to be around 120 too, but EXCERSISE and you’ll be fine. Also, NO SODA, No chips! No JUNK FOOD. Drink WATER. And run ((: Thats all you need to do and you’ll shed pounds like I did. Don’t starve yourself…Youll just gain weight faster when you eat.

First of all you need to grow up. And once you do that, you’ll learn to love yourself. If your not happy with who YOU are, you’ll never be satisfied with what YOU look like. But if you eff up now doing all the crap you say you’ve done, you might never have the chance, because you’ve screwed up your eating habits then you’ll REALLY be fat.

victoria is right it seems your bulimic .. talk to someone you know will understand and try to find help

by the way im a guy 15 5’6and 145 lbs and I dont find myself fat at all .. im not skinny but I dont see my self as fat

you’ll get taller and even out dont worry no one is ugly : ) you’ll be fine if you can just wait untill you get taller. Although eating healthy and excersiseing helps a lot and vitamin might help you grow quicker.. just dont develop a crazy eating disorder its unhealthy good luck =)

this sounds like you have an eating disorder you could be bulimic … I think you should talk to you mom or someone you trust about this then go seek help tell a doctor… please this is bad and you been doing this for a year now!!! hun get help A.S.A.P … your not fat at all I can tell you that much… but talk to a doctor you will get help and you are not alone there are people that care!!! take care!!!
