Look up the 'Abs Diet'. It is feature in both Men's Health Magazine and Women's Health Magazine. It is basically a good for you food diet. The book provides a list of 'get this instead of this' and a bunch of recipes. It also lists workouts. For your butt you need to do lunges and squats.

Help me eat right
Im 17 years old, about 5'6 and 130 pounds. Is this a normal weight? I play sports year round, but lately I feel like I have been gaining weight. I think its because I dont eat the right food all the time. Also, it might sound weird but im really embarressed of my butt! Its big, but I have a smaller waist! Some guys like it, but im embarressed. Any advice on how to eat healthier, and loose this butt of mine. Also, let me no if you think my weight is right for my age and height. thank youuu
