How can I make myself sick?? I really want to make myself sick but I can't get started. Any tips on how to make yourself sick 4 the 1st time?? any tips at all peeps!

I am bulimic and I know it's not good, I've been bulimic for 4 months now and im getting help. you dont want to become bulimic, if that's a pic of your stomach then you definately dont because its perfect!! if you really want help to be bulimic I can tell you how I started if you want but im not telling you exactly what to do so if you do want to hear about it please dont get ideas off it. since I've started I've gone down from our british size 10/12 to our size 6/8.

You mean you want us to tell you how to vomit? No responsible person on here is going to tell you how to do that.

Healthy people do not vomit on purpose. People who vomit on purpose have an eating disorder called bulimia. Bulimia is a life threatening illness that requires immediate professional help. People who do not get help may die or end up with permanent organ damage. Their hair and teeth often fall out. They lose the ability to have children. Their metabolism slows down so that when they do eat and keep the food down, they gain more weight than they would have otherwise because their body burns fewer calories.

It's a pretty serious disease and nothing to play around with. If you suspect you have an eating disorder, tell your doctor, a therapist, or a counselor immediately.
