im 16, 5'4 and im 108. I feel like im getting love handles,
and I don't know how to get rid of them,
yet, I eat a big strong dinner, and always try
running it off.
I run sundays, tuesdays and thursdays,
I do weights/arm workouts opposite days
of abb workouts.
I have soccer practice/games on mondays,
wednesdays, thursdays and saturdays.
but yet I feel like I could easily gain some fat.
I just say, dont worry about it. keep up what your doing,
I am, and my weight has been consistant for like a year now.
DONT THROW UP. Serisouly, that will damage things more than you know...especially rupturing your esphogogas.
Ok, four pounds. DRINK a lot of water, this helps regulate the metabolism and keep it running. Eat fruits and veggies and protiens as well, in moderation if you like.
For those love handles, you can spin your arms back and forth, do side sit-ups and leg lifts as well as bending from side to side. It takes some time, but it works!
112 pounds for your height is PERFECT...now for your frame, you could be underweight if you have a bigger than small frame
If you have a small build: Anything from 108 to 118 is the right
Medium frame: 115 to 129
Large: 125 to 140
My tips: Eat healthy, try out workouts online for love handles, and since they are small, they will be gone in no time
Wow.. your a youngster.. well im glad your eating normal.. people tend to eat just in the morning and nothing the rest of the day.. but that is just making matters worse.. because when you do that and then you start eating again you gain twice as much.. Cut the fruits a little.. thats not a very good diet.. fruit actually has more calories.. Veggies are more helpful... ANd young lady you need to drink water!!! oh and when you do eat, eat the 3 meals but just try and eat a little bit less that usual.. do crunches.. they tend to help a lot... and stop making your self trow up... thats bad.. if you keep doing it.. your gonna find your self doing it eveytime you eat.. im sure you dont want that to happen...!!!

Alright, folks.
I'm fifteen years old, 52 and I weigh 112. I'm not sure if that's too heavy, but for me, it is and I want to lose 4 pounds and lose my love handles. I've been running but due to some commitments, I haven't gone running for about 5...
days. I run everyday for about one hour and I try to eat a lot of fruit. I don't drink much water and I still eat normal food. I'm a bit grossed out by my body and I've made myself throw up about 3 times. I don't want to become one of them, are there any suggestions on how I could healthily lose 4 pounds and a bit of my love handles (they're not that big.) in about 2 weeks?
