He just won't give up!

Ok...there's this boy and he really fancies me. He's fancied me for ages. Eventually on valentines day this year he asked me out, I told my friend to kindly tell him no. But since then he's hasn't given up, he discreetly follows me and always stares...

at me and once he even spread a rumour that I was going out with him. I've tried talking to him, but I still want to be his friend. What do I do?

but tell him that you just want to be friends
but say it like you mean it and nice

Just keep telling him that you just want to be friends...hopefully he'll get the hint at some point. Or you could just ignore him when he stares at you and stuff. Not like all the time but just when he's being weird.

tell him you dont think of him in that way you dont mind if your friends but nothing past it
