Should we be together if we never see each other?

ok me and my boyfriend are in a longdistant realationship...and all we get 2 do is talk on the phone should we b together

I have some questions to ask u...
how far away does he live?
how old are u?
have you guys met ?
have you guys hung out ?
how long have you guys been going out?
do you love him?

Unless you're willing to wait for each other for about.. 5 years, I'd say it's going to be a bit too difficult for you. Of course, it depends how far away he is. If he's only an hour or two away.. things can be worked out, maybe see each other on weekends, etc. However if he isn't within driving distances then maybe your parents will be willing to help you out? I would say save up for plane flights.. except you're too young to have a job. You have to get your parents involved so that they can help you out. However, if I was a parent and my 13 year old came to me with this info.. I wouldn't support it. At least, not until there was proof that it was something worth supporting.

Long distance relationships are hard, especially when you're so young. My boyfriend lives 7 hours away but we see each other at least every month. It's very hard and it's a lot of work. We both work, and I'm going to college, so every other minute we spend together online or on the phone.

Basically what keeps us going is we know this is a temporary setback and we will be together when my schooling is finished.

You are so young to try to commit to someone so far away. Do you see a solution in the future? Or are you willing to wait a few years before you can be together? It's tough, trust me.

distance is not a problem, it's the last thing you can thing about in a relationship. there is more important stuff you should be thinking about.

Yeah I don't know where you live.. but 45 minutes is NOT long distance.

me and my girlfriend live 30 min away and it has been working out between us... like we arent old enough to drive yet so our parents do but it has been working out really well
