I have that same problem!!! I eat when im bored!! the trick is, to drink water. it fills you up and its good for you! it cleans out your body, so it will help you lose weight at the same time!
Yeah drinking water is good for the body, but make sure that when you have to pee, you go, so you don't 'poison' your body. A person is actually supposed to drinkk 8 glasses of water a day! Just make sure that after you eat, you drink a glass of water and it should make you feel fuller.And when your bored, think of something to do! Play a game, go for a walk, call a friend and hang out, just dont eat if you're not actually hungry! Think before you eat... like, 'okay am I really hungry? or am I just bored?' Okay I guess Im just bored, so I'll try to distract or entertain myself to avoid over eating. And if you are going to eat, have something healthy like grapes, a banana, an apple or orange. Just be wise with what you snack on.

How do I stop eating so much?
what can I do to stop eating so much? I really don't over-eat that much, but sometimes if I just ate, I'll want something else. I think it's because I just get bored, and that's all I can think of.
