When to check for pregnancy?

I had my last period on 18th february 2008.but in this month,I'm still not period yet.my period should be on 18th of this month.to be frank...the last time im making love with my fiance was on the 1st of march that is on the 13th day of my period for...

last month.the problem now is...this morning I had checked by the pregnancy test but it was NEGATIVE.is it too early for me to check by pregnancy test???every morning I'd vormitted and felf dizzy...do you think that im pregnant???or maybe im having a health problem???please help me...when is the correct time for me to check wether im pregnant or not???help me...thank you very mch...

it might be too early. sometimes the at-home pregnancy test will read a false negative but false positives are very rare. the most accurate test is a blood test taken by your doctor. if you want to do the home test instead, I suggest you wait a 2 weeks, and take another test..or two.

There's a high chance of you becoming pregnant, because you had sex during the most fertile time, which would have been 01 march to 05 march. During that time is when your egg is released, if your period is usually every 4 weeks.

As tina says, sometimes it can give you a negative reading this early. So take it again in a week or go to the doctor and get a blood test which is more accurate.
