Help! i want to lose weight!

I'm a 16 year old girl, I'm 5'2'' and I weigh 140 lbs. I want to lose weight so bad. I hate how my stomach, thighs, and sides(having love handles) look. My problem is that I love food and I don't really like to excercise. I've been trying to eat...

healthier and less lately and I have also been trying to excercise each morning(I do 120 sit ups and 15 lunges with each leg). The problem is, I have little brothers and so my mom buys snacks for them and the snacks are really tempting and I have a hard time not eating them. I really want to lose at least 25-30 lbs. Anyone have any advice???

its gonna b hard but its gonna b worth it after

I have the same problem but wht I am starting to do is run each morning for 30 minutes.do excersizes for 45 imnutes.eat 25000 caliroies.THTS THE MAXIMUM OF ALL THE CALLORIES I EAT A DAY.dont eat 2 hours befrore you go to bed.its bad for you if you want to loose weight. fun mail me for any other ???s if you want

ceareals do have vitamins but also it has sugar which is bad if youre losing weight. increase your metabolism by eating 6 small portion meals a day, like for example eat breakfast then wait for two hours before you eat again and so on and so on. drink lots of water because sometimes people dont realize that they are just thirsty and mistaken this to being hungry resulting to eating food. avoid drinking sodas and lessen drinking sports drinks just drink water instead. dont eat salty food such as potato chips or other junk foods, instead eat fruits or PLAIN yogurt. yeah like lizzy4ever said do some morning runs. dont starve yourself because if you do so your body doesnt burn fat instead the body retain the fat in your body in other to function. thats why you have to feed your body in every two hours as possible but keep it small in able to burn fat efficiently.

you need to eat well balanced meals
have a little bit of grains
meat, dairy products and fruits and veggies
also so healthy fats like olive oil and nuts and fish
and you can enjoy a sweet treat once in a while but dont make it everyday
and exercise for 1 hour everyday
