ok yoour bmi is 27.5. A little overwieght. But remember .. bmi is not exactly acurate, It does not meassure your muscle. Muscle wieghs more than fat. So if you are muscluar then you arent actuly overweight.
Tips:
1) NO SODAS- I know people may have told you this before but its honestly true that they are bad for you!!! Drink some nice cold water. If you need some taste try v8 fusion. It might sound bad but the fusion is AMAZING!! Im 14 so dont worry about me being old and weird... and drinking v8
2) Eat larger meals earlier in the day. During the later parts of the day you burn less calories therefore if you eat a large breakfeast you will burn more calories then eating you large meal at night.
3) Smaller meals!.- DO NOT Eat 3 large meals a day!!! Eat 5 to 6 smaller ones. Such as a fruit salad. if you eat 3 large meals a day your metabolism will keep going up and down which by the way is bad. Your metabolism is steadyer if you eat 5to6 meals.
4) MOVE!!!- If you dont like running( me) Then dont! I've been an athelete all my life but you dont need to run constanly to stay in shape. Try doing a small 15 minute workout everyday ..right when you get home. Ex: Stetch, do 1 minute crunches, 20 push ups, get 2 weights (or books.. whatever works) and do lunges. You also need some cardio so jump rope .
5) bELIEVE!! No matter what size you are you are you. F*ck anyone else who says otherwise. loseing wiegh isnt going to happen over night. keep everything in moderation!
