Help i need to lose weight and get toned before two months

How do I make my body more toned before two months? I really want to make a good impression that I can lose weight and keep my body toned without eating them nasty thing people want others to do. iw want a way I can eat the food I eat now and still lose...

weight. I also want to be alittle bit more toned like some of my bell fat to go away please tell me some good advice!

here's what i tel everyone. for every unhealthy food you eat burn it off by doing an exercise,but don't weight to long to burn it off. you can get toned by simply doing some sit-ups when you wake up and before you go to sleep everyday.

one of the better ways to get 'toned' is to do sittups and pushups. start off slow, and gradually get more done. my brother is always telling me to do three sets of push-ups and sittups, doing as many as i can until i cant. do that three times a week, (unless you really want to push it and do it everyday) and you should be looking 'better' in no time at all. best of luck

p.s. fyi it does help to lay off the junk food and pop.

I personally like to work out first thing in the morning.

That way, your body is not focusing all of it's energy on digesting food, and has just gotten energy to use from sleeping.

Working out in the morning boosts your circulation for the rest of the day (thus possibly also stimulating metabolism/digestion/muscle tone and other functions to work faster for the rest of that day, too)

Eat healthy, you might want to eat lower fat, protein rich food to start accomplishing more muscle and fat burning. Lean meats, dark greens, and seafood are good examples of this.

Try hard not to overeat, and possibly cut the calories to 1600 a day, instead of the usual 2000.

If you experience tiredness or weakness, take vitamin supplements (perhaps a one a day multiple vitamin) to ensure that you're not causing your vital organs any stress, your body is not starving, yet you can still accomplish some of that fat burn you want.

Start with aerobic exercises: stretching, push-ups, sit-ups, leg circles, arm circles.
Cardiovascular exercises could come in a while after: jogging, swimming, treadmill, etc.

Perhaps move to weight training after you've developed some strength, endurance and progress from the former two.
