How can I lose weight?

I am 13, 5'3' and I weigh 260 lbs. I have an over supportive mom , two weight obsessed aunts, and a boy I need to impress. I have no self control, and love junk food, I dont want to punish my whole family by not having any of our normal food. we have two exersise machines , a treadmeal and a bike pedal machine. I need to lose 150 lbs in about 6 monthes at the least I have to lose 100. I can't be working out all the time because I am in 7th grade and I have a ton of homework because I have 2 math classes and reading classes because I have one at my school and another at our local highschool. I have about 1 -2 hours of free time every day. can someone help me lay out a 1 month diet and exersise schedule. I don't want to make it to obvious that I am working out daily because then my mom will go nuts. she will start obsessing over my weight like she always does and will attempt to be my coach. (do you know how embarrasing it is to be on a date and have your mom yell to you as leave ' hey don't eat to much or you will gain more wight'??? ) yeah I dinn't think so . Help my docter says that I will die soo if I do not lose weight LIFE OR DEATH help anyone I will try anything !!!

well, it's pretty impossible to lose 100 pounds in 1 month. if you are really determined to lose this weight then it WILL take time and a lot a patience. you have to do this the HEALTHY way. and once you start losing weight, you can't give up, or it will all come back. you have to keep going to stay on track. eat 4-5 meals a day, BUT take smaller portions. don't eat junk food. I read somewhere that when oprah lost all that weight, she did it partly by cutting out the junk food, and not over eating. whenever she knew that she wanted to overeat, she would spray windex or hairspray all over the rest of her meal so she would not eat anymore of it. as for exercising, start out slow. push yourself a little bit harder each week. only exercise for at the MOST 5 days out of each week. start walking on the treadmill at a slow and steady pace for about 20 minutes. the second week, go a little faster, and shoot for 25 minutes. when it comes to about the fourth week, add in about 10 minutes of bike, to your 30 minutes of treadmill and do this for only 2 days out of each week, and for the other 3 days of the week do some strength training to build muscle in your body. lift some weights, do some crunches, maybe some leg lifts... just remember, the weight loss won't happen quick. the change will take time, but it will all be worth it in the end.

WOW no offense but its good that you want to improve...well swimming is like a reely good sport that like melts the pounds off...but it is a big commitment...well I think you should run every day around your block, or any physical activity..if you drink soda stop I did and it works
umm no fast food...eat chicken veggies and fruits...try water wit your meals no juice
make sure you eat slow...u get fuller faster...try sports, more exersice and eating healthier...that all you can reely do at age 13 ...u cant take pills or you could but still bad...no sergury(too risky) I think you should get a personal trainer ...they help

I give you a lot of credit to work out ... some ways to work out is to run around the block 2 times a week eat 3 or 4 meals a day small of course with in between those meals a little snack like a 90 calorie special k bar or something .. try only to drink water you can have other drinks just not very often.. try doing sit ups they work better than crunches also look up online some good exercises that you can do in your home for like 30 mins. a day NEVER DON'T EAT! that actually makes you heavier... and just try smaller portions try to stay around a 2,000 calorie diet
