If you think she's faking, she probably is.

Well if she's having a real orgasm she's likely to squirm a bit (move her body around a bit but it a sort of jerky way) and her breathing to change and often get heavier, and, of course, possibly cum (but a lot of women don't). If she's faking her breathing way change and she may make noises but probably won't squirm and definately won't cum.

You really cant unless she is still moaning even when you stopped doing what you are doing.. Lol that would just be messed up.

I think some guys can tell the difference by her face expressions..A woman who is faking will just moan, but a woman who is having a orgasm you can prpbably tell becoz she will look like she is really really enjoying it.
