I have been really depressed lately over the lost of my dog and I kind of use food as my comfort..I eat huge bowls when im not hungry and every time I think about her I just keep eatin and eating until I cant take it any more ...do you think I should go talk to a doctor about it ..I dont know what to do.
Yes. Sometimes we cannot shake it out on our own. Our brain chemicals get all confused. Well I know for me that my serotonin was out of sync and ended up taking prozac for awhile. There are many, many new medicines now that work with very little side effect.
