finaly some one who feels the way I do. I definetly understand you. but appearance shouldnt make you unhappy! but just try tu control how you eat but whatever you do dont stop eating. Do execise! that is very important! and you have to work hard if you really want to loose weight! beauty is hard! everything is hard! and nothing is free! so work hard is not impossible! and if you cant control what you eat just dont eat fats and sugars and carbs. eat a lot of veggies and fruit! and especial drink a lot a lot a lot of water! that helps a lot! I hope you take my advise beacuse I have expirience in this.
if you cant stay on a diet cut down on the sweets and the sugary stuff and exercise.

I honestly do not understand how you keep eating and cant stop. I mean I know that you feel like food is a comfort thing and yea your right food will always be there for you when no one else will.
its all about mind over matter. you just have to pretend that you have no food at night and there is absolutely no access to it. whenever you have the urge to eat think about something else do something else. call a friend, get on the internet, write in a diary, suck on a sucking candy, mas*urba*e, smoke a cigarette, drink some water. sometimes eating can just be an oral fixation.
before you put food in your mouth think about the consequence and think of the alternative. the more and more you stop yourself from eating and pigging out the more weight you will lose. try this: if you like to dance, at night turn on some music that you like and just get into it. sing and dance to the music. it will make you happy and at the same time you will burn calories and not eat. hope this helps. good luck.
Yuu Need To Find Out The Reason For Yuur Eating (Stress...Friends... Family Problems) It Could Be Anything. Umm Well When Yuu Get Hungry Drink Cold Water (The Colder The Better) Yuur Body Looses Calories Trying To Heat Itself Up.

you can just distract yourself like read or watch television, ect. but dont watch anything about food, trust me it makes me crave. So like watch the biggest loser you know active excersising cool shows like that. oh and if you feel really hungry but you know you arent then just drink really cold water. but dont just drink water because that will make you anorexic and then your own body will eat itself from the inside! during the day do not starve yourself or under eat. just watch yourself and when you are full then stop, it takes exreme self control I know. and last of all EXCERSISE!!! that will really help you shed off the pounds!

I cant stop my nasty comsumption of food. im am extreamly overweight and unhappy but I can stay on my diet. ican get through half the day but then night rolls around and im eating like crazy help me .how do I stop so I can lose this weight ?
