Help an emo!

I've become emo cause I feel left out I couldn't let out my anger without hurting some one. How can I let it out without hurting anyone?

Are you able to talk to your parents? Tell them you need to go to the Dr and tell them what is wrong and why you want to go. If you aren't able to talk to then and they won't take u, try talking to your counselor at school. They are there for u. Let them know about how you feel and the anger that you have.
you say you worry about hurting someone else, do you ever have thoughts of hurting yourself or even suicide.

when you get home put and loud music and sing really really loud to it, or write in a diary. you could try poetry if you like that sorta thing. Sometimes exercise makes me feel better too. but writing it down is amazingly helpfull for me

hey take a pen and take paper and scribble what ever comes to your mind...
hit the pen to the paper and write everything...fast and let your anger out...I do it when I get angry and ou of controll..m a gal so I cant hit anyone... I just scribble off everything with all wrong spellings and all angry lines and I even tear it off in anger...so I think this will help u!
