Don't TRY to get guys to ask you out. Just be yourself and if guys don't like who that person is, the hell with them.

show interest in him, without being pushy. ask him questions about him and what he does, without being an interrogation.

I suggest coming up with a list of three to five questions, depending upon what you already know about him, such as...

Which teacher do you like best?
Do you know anything about ___? (School subject, sports team, music group or singer)
Where did you live when you were a little kid?
