How do you make yourself feel good when every one you love seems to be giving you a hard time over silly things e.g family, friends etc. I know there silly thiings sometimes but there really annoying me making me paronoid and getting me down sad

well that pretty much sounds like my family.. they like to act completely immature and put everyone down.. its how they get their kicks.. but act like it doesnt bother you.. or maybe you should try talking to them and asking them to stop.. or at least try to not be as rude.. annnddd you can also think positive and come on here and talk to amazzzing people :]

I tried doing that but it still makes me feel crap and stuff, and they don't seem to care to be honest !!
its hard not to get argumentive or rude back cause the friends and family REALLY test my patientce sad
