Help!..3 year age diff bad?...help!

I am 17 and going out with a 14 year old we really love each other and have
been going out for abt 3 month,people are ok with it but people think its
not right should I end the relationship becoz of a little age diff? or
carry on with it? I really need a honest answer please thankyou

I dont think the age gap is that major, its the fact that the person you are dating is not the legal age that concerns people, I went out with someone when I was 16 and he was 20, and people commented about that. I think if you really love each other dont let age get to you, just be carful

yeah that age difference shouldnt matter if you love each other, just look at Ashton and Demi, hes in his 20s and she in her 40s, age differences dont really matter when you get older but I do agree with the first person on the whole legal age thing, as long as you dont do anything stupid you should be fine, otherwise your ass is going to jail

I am 36 and a mother of four. I am currently dating a man 6 years my junior. I have four teen age boys 15- 19. I think that age can make a differce depending on the age you are a 14 year old is in a different world than a 17 year old in some cases. I mean they are still trying to find themselves and a 17 is usually into whats going to happen to them as an adult. What I would say is to be aware of the differnces that age can bring and it can still work. I wouldnt get my heart so involved that you would be devistated if it didnt work out. Just be aware that an age differnce in the 20 and 30 is a little differnt than teens and even then there can be problems. Be honest and open, and things should work out either way. lizzysddj
