there isn much of donts to do. there is a lot of myths out there. like you cant go swimming, you can as long as your using a tampon, DONT do it with wearing a pad. make sure you keep yourself clean. periods can be messy and if you dont keep yourself clean you can start smelling. take showers like you would normally do. DONT let it stop you from doing things, you can do things like you would normally do. go out and have fun. its completely ok. if youre cramping, just take the medicine that helps you, theres really no wrong medicine to take. everybody is different. the major thing, is to keep yourself clean.

dont leave tampons in long, keep clean, eat carbs - helps with the pain a lot dk y , dont shave down there at that time your skin is extra sensitive it will cut int your skin
