and you all have different genes and body types that determine your weight
but to see if you need to loose any or not
see a doctor and get them to calculate your bmi (body mass index) for your height and age
he/she will be able to tell yu what weight range you in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range already
Hey darling, I understand the insecurites of being a teenager (I'm only 18 so don't think I'm trying to be condesending) and the only advice I can give, is that 135 is a heathy, normal weight. It sounds like there may be more emotional things going on in your life that you tend to take out on your food and through throwing up. I hope there is someone you can talk to about it. I know body image is a huge thing, but know that college is coming up and you'll meet a whole new group of friends who make you feel good, and happy about yourself versus insecure and awful. Try branching away from this group of friends and finding new people who have better things to talk about than their weight and image issues. I wish you a very sincere good luck. I do understand how hard it can be.
