I have been to the doctor twice waiting on the dertomaligist I have a lump on my stomach been there for 2 months today it broke open and there is a hole there should I go to the er?

Sounds like you had a spider bite you. It can kill your skin and flesh so you end up with a ball of flesh. After this much time you have a hole and the flesh falls out. You'll be okay if this is the case. Still seek help. I am definately not a doctor.
