What shud i do to get my hair look really good

my hair s got really limp.I have got straight medium length hair.what shud I do to get my hair look really good and how can I make them grow taller?? what is turban therapy??

try a really good root booster and light volumizing moouse. Also try nioxin it's a great professinal hair product that promotes hair grotwh look in you local beauty salons, Layers are good to for volume but if you have thin hair don't over do them. Hope that helps!! good luck

u need a good hair system like sammy or aussie then you need to make sure it moisterized with oils and in some way you need to wrap it everynite with a scarf to keep the fibers in your pillow from drying it out and having split ends...fun mail me please so I can describe to you how to wrap it properly. hope this helps oh and A to Z vitamins help to like citrum or w/e it is I take. itr the bottle with the rainbow on it or it kinda looks like one lolz
