ok I really like this girl and she likes me but I don't know how much she likes me I just know its more than a friend like but I don't know how much she likes me over all I want to write a love letter something sweet and not anything that she would laugh...

Well if she laughs at you then that means she is not meant for you because girls who laugh at you are really not appreciating what you do for them
as a guy you need to ask her out
girls wont do that because thats the guys hob
but I know it can be hard but you need to get used to it if you want to have other girlfriends in your life, so I would suggest just to talk to her and get to know her more first and then can ask her out
but if you know for sure that she likes you, then ask her out now

also , if you wanna find out howmuch she likes you message her and ask her if she wants to play 'Random Questions.' thats a game I play when I wanna find stuff out. basicaly what you do is ask her who she likes first. than she might say you.
and than it would be her turn yo ask a question, so she would ask you a question and you would anwser it. so than its your turn to ggo thats when you ask , 'how much do you like me ?'
