Is it ok to take out the bar after a month you got it pierced for an hour or so? Also, are there little clear things you can put in them while playing sports?

there are clear bars to put in! you can find it at any store that sells piercings

dont take it out for more than 5 min.

it depends were youve got peirced
it probably wont have healed fully
so do so at your own risk
but yes
theres clear labrets and probably clear bars as well
ebay sells them
or ask your nearest profesional peircer (not a salon or a mall)
