Okay, so I'm a binge eater. I need to lose at least 9 pounds by September 2nd. How do I stay out of the kitchen?

Oh, and I'm 5"2 and 145 lbs.

o a lot of peopl have this problem, so your not alone on this one. drink a lot of fluid so you dont gey too hungry and also have someone help you stay awy from the fat foods.

well to loose weight is to eat! since you binge eat anywayz lolz you can eat 6 small meals a day and all 6 meals consists of protein two of those meals consist of fruits & vegetables! and Drink plenty of water! And don't cut back on all carbs but be proportional. It helped me & I hope in helps you. To get more in depth with this "eat more. lose more" diet write me, I'll be more than happy to help.

Drink lots of water and jog in the morning. When you eat, try eating fresh fuits and veggies.

Move the computer out of the kitchen!

Keep lots of fruit, nuts and diet hard candy in the locations of the house that you frequent the most. Also keep a large cup of water with you. Drink lots of water throughout the day which will help curb your appetite.


How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. "How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
