yep, almost anything youd normally do without it you can do with it
but it is a lot more cleaner (for everyone) if you swim in the ocean with it,
and not a swimming pool, or friends pool, ect
tampons are what girls use when they go swimming
if you were to use a pad it would soak up all the water and thus be pretty usless at absorbing your period
dont just jump in without anything to help absord it though, otherwise its likely to be floating around near you
especially if your wearing a bikini or something
so get some tampons and read the lable carefully!

Yuck. Don't swim in a pool/spa on your period. The ocean would be ok.

Yes you can swim and do all the activities that you normally do if you weren't on your period. Just use a tampon and everything will be fine.

if you plan on going swimming then make sure you wear a tampon...a pad will fill with water and it wont be pretty...haha just use a tampon..read the box before and you'll be set!

If you want to swim while on your period, you could use TanPons.
Otherwise, if you're wearing a regular pad, then no!!
