im 15 and I like this guy who is in my english class this summer and I dont koe what to do..he looks at me and I look at him...he is very cute and I try to look cute for him but I dont koe how to get him to notice me and I was wondering if you could...

help me try to talk to him and see if he likes me

Just being honest here. Just find out from friends to find out if he does really like you. I am only 28 years old. I do like a guy that is only 23 years old. We do notice each other. We do know how we feel. But try talking to him to see how he really feels about you. It is not hard at all. Give it a try and see how it comes out. Just try being yourself. Trust yourself too. When he does notice you, he would like to be with you then. Don't pressure him too much. But just do what you really do feel. Don't try to make a big deal. But things will get better.
