I never had the burden of a large chest, even when I got pregnant. But I do remember getting stretch marks on my legs during puberty. It is perfectly normal to get them. With time, they will become lighter and lighter and eventually become unnoticable. Keeping your skin moisturized is always important (stretch marks or not), but there is no guarantee that cremes will make them disappear or even lighten them. Try to remember that most girls your age have or are going to have them soon. It's not a big deal. Consider yourself lucky that you got boobs, because the 13 year old me would be jealous as hell. Hang in there kiddo.
