you dont need to lose weight im 15 and I weigh 123lbs and 5"7 and im skinny as sh*t so dont try to lose weight stay how you are :]
tinkerbells right but if you really want to lose weight just exercise more and eat less (dont starve yourself) and eat better more fruit more vege's
I dont think you have to lose weight, but if you want to lose a few pounds, here's a few tips.
Exercise 30-60 minutes a day.
For your weight, if you excersize 30 minutes, you'll lose 1920 calories
If you excersize 60 minutes, you'll lose 2025.
Try eating only 500 calories under that. You'll lose one pound a week.
first of all, 121lbs is great to be 15 years old. that's right in the average area. but if you're looking to lose a little weight to feel better about yourself, try walking or running 30 minutes a day. instead of choosing soda, drink water at every meal.
