just try to do the best u can do, try to allow them to take some time to think about what u did then every chance u can get u can try to get them to trust u tell them how sorry u are and that u werent thinkin tell them that u want them to be able to trust u and u will do anything to get that trust back
it takes time for people to trust people again but they are ur parents and they do love u so give them a little time
hoped i helped
well, make sure they know you just weren't thinking clearly and that its not something you would normally do. then tell them that you're really sorry and are willing to wait and earn their trust back no matter what it takes or how long. trust is really fragile and once broken it will take a while to put back together, but don't worry, if you truly are sorry then things will fix themselves. hope this helps !

The best way to earn your parent's trust is to stop trying so hard. You know that what you did was bad and now you have to continue with that thinking. Make good decisions for yourself, not to prove anything to others. When you are making the right choices in life you will feel good about yourself and that kind of confidence exudes from your body. You can try talking to your parents all day long, but only your actions will prove your sincerity. You have spent time punishing yourself now it is time to back up what you say. Eventually, your parents, and others will see that you are serious about your words and you will have that trust back before you know it. It is important that you are feeling the repercussions of disappointing your parents. They have apparently raised you well. Continue to make good choices for yourself. One person answered you with a simple one-word comment, time. Take this time to reflect, correct, and change! Good luck to you.
