Dear cutie_babe,
There is not such thing as spot reduction...but you can tone and shape your legs. First of all if you are happy with the rest of your body and do not wish to loose any weight then try toning exercises for your thighs, and calves. Start with simple walking and making sure you are walking up as well as down hill. Always stretch first before any leg exercises. Once you are comfortable with the walking (after a few months) then do the toning exercises.

Exercise alone won't reduce your legs. You will have to incorporate a reduced, balanced diet. And I don't mean just eating salads. Make sure you balance your carbs and protein properly throughout your meals. I got help from a nutritionist and he changed my eating pattern. I lost weight, especially in my legs. It took me about 4 mths to drop two sizes. Just eat right and exercise.
