can you tell how I can change my interest & how for me not to get so many emails ???

To get fewer e-mails ... go to yout profile and click on EDIT PROFILE then on MANAGE QUESTION ALERTS. Then thin the herd.
In the future, whenever you answer a question, UNCHECK the box just above the POST REPLY button if you don't want alerts for that question.
