does inhaling like...3 baloons of helium afftect your lungs because it sorta hurts when I breathe in deeply...I did this like 40 minutes ago..I just got home from a parrty

No, I dont think you're going to die, but Its very unhealthy for your lungs! I mean very unhealthy. Especially three balloons!

run more, drink lots of water, and that will make your loungs better and never do that agian because your lungs will blow UP!

Inhaling that much Helium is really not good for you. I'm sure you'll be fine, but I wouldn't try doing it again! Your body isn't designed to process Helium, so the only way for it to get out is for you to breathe it out. Meanwhile it would be blocking air from getting into your bloodstream from the lungs like it is meant to. Might seem like a good party trick, but it can be a bit dangerous. At least you'll know better for next time!
