There is nothing you can do to get taller. Height is genetic. I don't know how old you are but if your a teen don't worry you probably still have some growing to do. You shouldn't care how tall you are, that's how you were made and that is how you are meant to be.

You cant make yourself taller - certain paints can make you appear taller though.

well for the most part height is genetic but there is a way to possibly grow a couple extra inches in the next few years... its to eat right and stretch everyday, join yoga or something to properly stretch your back and legs making the legiments grow slightly thicker. I know it sounds stupid but its the only way to grow taller then your supposed to if your under the age of 25, (this takes a couple years to do aswell, the younger you are the better it works out.) goodluck

There is a way to make yourself taller, but it is a medical procedure which involves breaking your leg bones and attaching a brace that extends the length of the leg causing the bones to grow to fill in the gap.

I don't really think that you want to go that route.

You are only 14, so you are most likely going to grow a bit more naturally. The main thing is to make sure that you are eating a healthy diet which supplies the body with all the necessary nutrients for growth.

Hmmm try increase your calcium intake as this will allow your bones to be stornger and therefore grow more, so drink more milk and consume more dairy products in general and spinach is also a great source of calcium. Make sure you eat a lot of protein and carbs aswell as a lack of these can lead to a stunt in growth (my best friend should be naturally tall(around 6ft) but because she was a vegetarian for about 10 years she is only 5'2).
