Convection is where the heater elements warm the air and it flows or is blown toward you by a fan.

Radiant heat from a red hot heater element is infrared energy that directly heats the surroundings (like your hands held in front of the heater) instead of indirectly heating like convection.

Conduction doesn't really apply in 'getting to you' unless you descide to hold onto the hot casing of the heater. Safer to cradle a hot cup of tea in your hands.
