Personally, I don't think you have the same moral or health issues when you have a relationship with someone that you call a relative only because they happen to be married to someone else in your family. However, when you're talking about an 18 year old and a 14 year old you're dealing with a whole other thing. He could go to jail for messing with you, kiddo. He should know better and if you really care about him you'll leave him alone before your parents find out and have him put in jail for raping you.
