Yes, a heart murmur is very serious. My own daughter was born with a murmur on her heart and had to undergo open-heart surgery at 4 months to close a hole in her left ventricle to restore her to health. Get help NOW.

I would say a heart murmer is pretty serious and you should talk to your doctor about it.

Im going to have to say it is very serious and you need to talk to your doctor about it...it may need open heart surgery
