Heart attack?

two of me! scarry! Asked by tigrah12 about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

I have been having pains in the left side of my chest off and on for a few months now. They normally come with, headaces, short breath, and nausa. I don't know if they are nothing or if they are heart attacks. I don't want to worry my mom over nothing,...

but I don't want to ignore it if it is something serious. What should I do and dose anyone know if I am having a heart attack?

I'm not really sure. But I heard that if you feel a pain in your chest, then it goes up into your arm, then your jaw, its a heart attack. SEVERE pain.

But I think the best thing to do is tell your Mom. You'd rather worry her, and get yourself checked out and fixed then pass away right?

Your mom would go through much more pain if you passed then hearing that you think you're having a heart attack.

You're 15? and they're recurrent, highly doubtful they're heartattacks, doesnt mean it isnt something as serious... talk to your doctor...

more likely some type of bronchial infection, borderline pneumonia, GET TO A DOCTOR, we always think the worst when we are sick, and a heart attack is debilitating, you probably wouldnt have been able to type a question.your doctor would be able to tell if you had a bad heart rhythm or palpatations, but even those seem unlikely with your age...go get checked out...

It could also be anxiety. Panic attacks can manifest in a variety of different ways.

If it were a heart attack, then you would have been in the hospital with the first episode.

You should still see your doctor, so he can run some tests and rule out some of the other more serious possibilities.
