Healthy weight

I am 14 and 5'9 and right now I weigh 122 pounds...is this normal or what should my weight be??

You are slightly underweight. A healthy weight for you would be around 135. Look up a bmi calculator and it will tell you what a healthy weight is for your height.

search up teen weight chart on google (I tried cutting and pasting the site, but FA won't let me!) - the chart should go by age and height, it's only a guide line so you should never freak out, everyone has a different body type - if you're curious about what the right weight should be for you, you're best off asking your family doctor!

I think you should weight about that or maybe even more because of your height ! and your weigth also depends if you have more muscle then fat... because muscle does weight more then fat
