Why is something hanging out of her vagina?

A friend of mine recently asked me how my vag* looked, I did not know how to respond so I asked her why and she wondered if I hate anything like hanging out of it, when I told her no I'm assuming she was worried. What could be the problem. She said...

she's only had sex a few times with one person and it wasn't like that before. Is this normal? She has been to the gyno. and they didn't even mention that anything was wrong with it being like that, wouldn't' they say something if it was not normal. I am a virgin and did not know if this just happens sometimes?

She may have been speaking about her labia. Google search it with her so she can clarify for you. If this isn't what she is talking about and there is something else she needs to see a doctor ASAP, and I mean ASAP...she could be in grave danger.

Maybe her inner labia hangs out past her outer labia (the skin around you vagina), a lot of women have that problem, so if she didn't mention it, he probably didn't say anything about it. Tell her to ask the gyno next time she visits him. If that's not it, then I have no idea what she is talking about.

It ain't serious, sounds to me like is just another normal ( well, were all different) vulva, NOT vagina. Vaginas are inside, your labia minora and labia majora are external genitalia. A 'vulva' is the term used to describe kind of everything in that region ( labias, anus, clitoris and clitoral hood etc.). So her labia minora is lower down than her labia marjor, its a very very common thing. You see porn all the time now a days and people expect perfect ' clean' hairless vulvas, which is completly absurd!
