Headache working out

Out by the lake! Asked by djwager about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

Been pushing a lot more then normal lately in the gym, and well getting head aches only when lifting heavy, when I put the weight down it fades away. I'm thinking it might be insulin getting low, because it only happens after being there for abit not...

when I first start lifting heavy. Anyways, any idea's on what might be causing this? My guess is insulin... thanks happy

I was thinking of the water to, but I drink almost a gallon before going and almost another one after, way more then anybody else... and my breaks are all timed, I might try more water or abit more time.

You might want to schedule a complete physical. You could have something wrong in your brain or body that is causing the headaches (a warning) when you are excessively stressing yourself.
